Dermaplaning is a professional skin treatment in which a trained skin therapist uses a sterile surgical-grade blade to manually exfoliate the outermost layer of dead skin cells and remove fine facial hair (vellus hair, commonly known as peach fuzz) from the face.

The skin is thoroughly cleansed and dried. Dermaplaning requires completely dry skin for the blade to glide correctly - this is important for both safety and results.

Your therapist uses a sterile, surgical-grade dermaplaning blade held at a precise 45-degree angle. Using short, feathering strokes, they work across the face to remove the surface layer of dead skin cells and fine facial hair. The sensation is a gentle scraping - most clients describe it as completely comfortable.
Post-treatment finish
A calming leave-on mask and SPF are applied to complete the treatment. The skin will look immediately brighter and feel noticeably softer. You can apply makeup and return to your day straight away.
