What is the downtime?
If you are treating blood vessels (eg rosacea, spider veins, surface capillaries), there can be mild swelling for the first few hours post-treatment. Otherwise, there is no downtime for Aerolase.
Does it hurt?
Aerolase is comfortable, and does not require numbing. The skin will feel warm, and when treating a focus area (eg. a skin tag, or broken capillary), you may feel a zapping sensation - but the treatment is not painful.
How many, and how often?
This depends on what you are treating - typically, a course is four sessions, but some concerns can be effectively treated in 2-3 sessions.
Is it safe for darker skin tones?
