Greta completed her aesthetics training in 2014, and spent the following years working and up-skilling wherever she could. But she quickly became frustrated with what was an all too common experience at skin clinics - lack of continued training, a low bar of education, a lack of evidence-based protocols, and a problematic focus on sales and upselling.
At 19, she decided to take a leap and move to Vancouver, Canada. It was there that she discovered a different way to practice skin therapy. She spent several years managing a prominent skin clinic in Vancouver, Canada, all the while learning and developing her skillset.
At 22, she returned to New Zealand and founded Skin Ritual. A clinic where skin therapists could do their best work, in an environment designed to support and nurture them. A clinic where clients could have complete trust in their practitioners to make decisions and recommendations in their best interests. A clinic where evidence-based practice was the standard, and continued education was a commitment.
Greta works closely with our skin team, overseeing treatment planning, clinical education, and formation of treatment protocols. Her drive and passion for skincare ensure that Skin Ritual is always evolving, and at the forefront of industry development.
Isabella began her career specialising in high-touch facial massage, and from there, deepened her knowledge and skill set to move into advanced clinical skin treatment, including laser therapy.
She is passionate about creating a safe and empowering experience for her clients, and loves being able to help people feel more confident. Isabella is also dedicated to ongoing education, and has continuously up-skilled throughout her time as a skin therapist.
This was exemplified at the New Zealand Beauty Association Awards, where she won the Therapist of the Year award for 2026.
When she's not studying or treating clients, Isabella is a fully trained Reformer Pilates instructor, is passionate about wellness and prioritising her health, and is a huge foodie, enjoying cooking for friends and family.

Kimberley Croker

Kimberley has always had a keen interest in chemistry and biology, and began her working career in vet nursing, before transitioning to Radiography.
During her placement year, Kimberley realised that while she enjoyed radiography, working in a hospital was just not the right environment for her - but she still wanted to pursue a career in the healthcare space, and one that centred around helping people.
After much thought, she decided to study skin therapy where she has found her passion in helping others with their skin, and building long term relationships with her clients.
When she’s not studying or treating clients at the clinic, Kimberley enjoys working out at the gym, getting outdoors and hiking, and travelling.
Kurlyn has always found fulfilment in caring for others - and through skin therapy, she's been able to do just that. Kurlyn is passionate about skin health, and loves being able to make a difference in her clients lives through skincare.
Alongside advanced skin treatments, Kurlyn has a special interest in facial anatomy and high-touch facial massage. She has undergone extensive training in this area, and is one of our Kobido massage practitioners.
Kurlyn is a passionate learner with a curious mind, constantly growing and developing professionally.
When she's not studying or treating clients at the clinic, Kurlyn enjoys reading (non-fiction), knitting, and spending time with friends and family.

Tanya Epskamp

Tanya decided to train as a skin therapist after going through adult acne, and experiencing skin treatments as a client. When she realised what the right skin care and treatments could do, she decided she wanted to help others with their skin, too.
Tanya is a social butterfly, and thoroughly enjoys the client-therapist relationships we build at Skin Ritual, guiding her clients to healthy skin and supporting them all the way. Her warmth and empathy shine in her work, and are evident in the level of care she gives to her clients.
Tanya has spent much of her time in the industry working with laser devices, and is one of our Aerolase practitioners at Skin Ritual.
When she's not at the clinic, Tanya loves the outdoors, and spending time with family.
Leo has been a part of the Skin Ritual team for over five years, co-ordinating the clinic, and keeping things running smoothly. He is a wealth of knowledge in all things skincare, and his passion for aesthetics shines through in his work.
Alongside his work at Skin Ritual, Leo is studying law at Auckland university, is an avid tennis player, and a keen learner in all areas of life.
