We offer free shipping for orders over $150, and a $7 flat rate for all other orders.

Faulty Product
In the case of a faulty product, we will provide a replacement product free of cost, provided that the return is made within 7 days of purchase, and the faulty product is returned to us.
Adverse Reaction
In the case of any adverse reaction our first priority is to support you and help your skin to recover from your reaction. In the case of adverse reaction, contact us immediately so that wee can advise you on how to care for your skin.
